[TowerTalk] asking for trouble

We had a gust front come through one day and had winds in excess of 
80 miles an hour come up in NYC minute. They were not predicted by the NWS.

My crank-up came down as the lights went out.

Also, as mentioned, in winds, the tower will bind and you will need 
to have a positive pull down. My W67 did not have one so I did one 
with a cable, come-a-long, pulley and tractor. You had to plan on a 
pull down so it was not the easiest of scenarios.
