[TowerTalk] Rotator help!

I have a Yaesu g-400rc rotator that the indicator on the control box just spins whenever the power switch is turned on.  the left and right controls still move the beam ok and I checked the pot in the rotator motor and the cable and all are good.  Apparently I need repair or replacement of the control box.  any ideas?
