[TowerTalk] adjustable positioning strap for climbing belt

Sorry to drag this up again, but someone on here posted a link to an
adjustable positioning strap and I've lost it.  It was a strap to be used in
conjunction with a climbing belt or combo harness and you could adjust its
length with one hand.  Looked ideal for use on a tapered tower where you
might be tying off to one leg in some cases or around the whole tower in
others.
