     While researching the topic for a work-related project, I ran across this grounding and bonding spec for use in rural telephone service facilities:  www.usda.gov/rus/telecom/publications/pdf_files/1751f_810.pdf  .  I haven't gone through it all yet, but it appears to cover a facility (telephone room, equipment shed, etc) where several utilities converge (radio, electric, telephone.)
