[TowerTalk] 160 meter vertical

There was a design that W6SAI published in the May 1989 Ham Radio that might
be just what the doctor ordered.  The vertical was installed at WD0P and was
a two wire vertical 45 feet tall with a long resonate wire attached to the
top.  The length of the wire was about 85 feet for 1.85Mhz.

If you can find a copy of the Mag its on page 77.

Actually the resonate wire could make it work on 80 and 160.

The design is similar to a 85 foot version that was in print about the same
time.  I used this in the late 80's and it was a killer.  Mike, K4PI
described this version at a SEDXC Meeting as a way to get members on 160.

The main requirement (as always )  is a good radial system!
