All is not lost...  There are ways to approach this...
   
  First will be to rotate the 80 array at 90  degrees from the 20 array... While this will not stop all interaction it will diminish it...
   
  Next is to use the StepIR and both detune it off 20 and rotate it 90 degrees, while operating on 80... When operating 20 keep them rotated 90 degrees...
   
  And I would break the linear loading lines on the 80 meter with an insulator and use a relay to close the break when operating... This will detune the 80 when you are operating 20...
   
  This combination should make it possible to maintain patterns and minimize mutual coupling...
