For 3.5 mc you want 5 sections and a 1" stinger to 72 feet overall...
  For 3.85 mc you want 5 sections and a 1" pipe to 64 feet overall...
  I have not used the taper top section for my phased transmit towers so there may be a 6" variance for that, usually towards the longer dimension...
  Coupling to house wiring, etc., can/will change these dimensions a foot or more... Only way to tell is put it up and tune it...
