[TowerTalk] Blackening Aluminum/Alodize?

Isn't their a process called Alodizing, that leaves a conductive surface on the aluminum?

Hi All,
you can black hard coat anodize, this has a 65 RC finish (non conductive).
It is how sail boat masts are coated.
