135 degrees = 3/8 wavelength, right? 50% longer than a 1/4 wave.

It's easiest to look for half wavelengths.. 1/4 wave at 7MHz is 1/2 
wave at 14 MHz. but you want 50% longer.. 3/2 length = 2/3 frequency 
-> 28/3 MHz = 9.33 MHz?
