[TowerTalk] BX64

Hello all, I have a Rohn tower, what appears a BX64, except it has heavy stainless steel bands around the tops of each section.  It appears to be factory.

It has a tilt-over concrete base , and also big legs for mounting to anchor bolts.  I assume I can use one or the other.

I can't seem to find pictures, specs, or references to this particular tower.  The steel "bands" also don't appear to be 'homebrew'.
