[TowerTalk] Come-along recommendation needed

The "problem" is believing the ratings. Many of the 4000# rated dont look
one bit different than the 2000# ones.
I had 2000# imports fail when simply used as hold downs on the axles of my
race car; the load could barely have been 500#.
When lifting a 250# mast thru a tower the load is a heck of a lot more than
250# due to the angle you're forced to use plus friction thru the thrust
bearing(s).

The last thing I would do is buy a used one or a new import at a flea
market.

A true 4000# unit has thicker cable which makes it somewhat unwieldy and at
100' plus its no time to find out problems.
