Do NOT use rope.  If you don't have access to EHS cable at least use  
aircraft cable...3900 lb.
 
With the tower at that height, if it not next to the house, simply put a  
pulley on top of the mast, and hoist it up from the ground up the side of the  
tower.  I have done this many times.  I don't suggest you do this  while on top 
or anyone else on top of the tower.  Once the antenna is  in place, tighten 
the guys, climb the tower and set the antenna on the  mast.
 
The antenna should be around 5-6 sq ft, well within the load limit of  Rohn 
25.
