[TowerTalk] RFI reflector?

Howdy, TowerTalkians --
 
    Sorry for the bandwidth but is there an RFI  reflector somewhere? I 
checked at qth.net and they don't have any. There's a  local ham who can't use his 
new beam because of the RFI.
