[TowerTalk] 20 foot tower installation help

Hey everyone. I'm getting ready to put up a 20 foot Rohn 25 tower. I was  
planning on pouring a 20"x20"x42" concrete base. I will be anchoring a Rohn base  
plate to the concrete with four 36 inch 3/4" galvanized all thread anchors 
set  in the concrete. The tower will be free standing. The only antenna that 
will be  put on this tower is a 25 foot GAP Titan verticle antenna. The antenna 
itself  will be guyed. I don't have a lot of room for any larger tower. My lot 
is  60'x120'. I live in Galloway, Ohio and the soil here is pretty hard. In  
everyones opinion, will this base be fine for what I want to do?
