[TowerTalk] Vibrator for 2x2x4 hole?

A vibrator  is the best way to go, however as long as you are diligent you can use a length of 2x4 to tamp the concrete every 6 inches or so of lift as the concrete is poured. Hard to keep up with a fast pour coming off a truck. You'll probably want 4 tampers going all the time and a relatively slow pour rate. Be sure to reward them with appropriate fuel.
