[TowerTalk] Tower anyone?

It looks like the tower may have been mounted upside down.  The tapered end 
of the section where the rotor is mounted, is cappped with heavy steel 
plate, which would normally be used at the base, for a pier pin or base 
insulator.  Maybe someone inverted the tower and used the tapered base 
section to mount the rotor assembly?

In its condition, whole thing might be worth $100, but not much more.
