[TowerTalk] Reaching a KLM 40M4L balun

Milt: But could you remove enough boom-to-mast bolts to tilt the boom down 
to reach the balun?

Mark, KC7V and I were just up on one of his towers last Monday.  That tower
has the M-Squared version of 40M4L, not full-sized, but may be the  same 
element
spacing as yours?

Anyhow we were there to replace the balun. It is out of reach from  the mast
position. Couldn't do it like planned.
