[TowerTalk] Surface Rust on Rohn 25..rustoleum

I have used Rustoleum Cold Galvanizing with good success.  If you pick  up a 
regular can of Rustoleum and a can of this stuff you'll find the can is  much 
heavier than the regular Rustoleum paint. 
 
Well see how well it lasts on the nine sections of Rohn 65 I've hauled out  
here to KH6.
