[TowerTalk] Rotor Control question

Hi Towertalkers:

Anyone have any information/schematic/manual etc on
the following rotor control:

      Andrew   2004-RCU  rotor controller.

Its a rack mounted unit, zenith only.  has the basic
CW-off-CCW pushbuttons on the left, and in the center
a circle of LEDs in 5 degree increments.

Our radio club just appropriated it and as expected,
it lacked paperwork.
