         I've sold a couple  of hundred Trylon Titan towers over the years 
and have only sold one or two  safety rail systems - they've just too danged 
expensive. You might be able to  adapt a cable system but that still entails 
hundreds of bucks plus some clever  engineering and fabrication. 
 
        Yes, climbing a tower by  leapfrogging your lanyards is tedious but 
it's safe and there are pretty limited  options.
