Kind of depends.. from a theoretical standpoint, one can get RF 
performance comparable to a tower and a beam with a variety of 
approaches that fit within a nominal 50x100x20 foot box that's 
visually unobtrusive and still meets RF exposure standards.  You're 
not necessarily going to be whipping the guys with multiple towers or 
stacked Yagi's, but it's in the ballpark.

However, there's some distance between theory and reality still.
