[TowerTalk] 6 meter 6 element Telrex

Not 1/4-wave! That would feed your driven element with a 90 degree phase
shift between the two sides...

Should be 1/2-wave, 50 Ohms, calculated for velocity factor. At 50.125 MHz
using RG-213/U, that would be 77-3/4" long.

The 6M624 beam has a 24' boom and optimum stacking distance is ~15'6"
between booms.

Subject: [TowerTalk] 6 meter 6 element Telrex

I have 2 of the 6 element Telrex 6 meter beams I want to get up,
however the coax loop that goes between the sides of the driven elements
and ground is missing.Does anyone know what type of coax ( impedance)
was used for this. I am guessing that it is a 1/4 wave, calculated with
velocity factor, piece of 50 ohm coax ( rg213 etc). Can anyone confirm
or deny this please? Also I was told to stack these antennas 13-14 feet
apart, again any info? Thank you, Joe N4JBK
