[TowerTalk] New Yaesu G-1000DXA Rotator Cable Connection

Hi Joe...first of all, thanks for getting back to us. We decided to buy two 
small hobby vises (Hobbico...new swivel type) and using the wife's nice 
large lighted magnifier, we got the plug nicely
soldered.  Then we proceded to really foul up the little white locking plug 
that goes into the back of the control by wiring in the top row into the 
bottom row...did not make sure we had the the right side up....can't believe 
we did that. So no chance to try out our plug wiring. Will have to call 
Yaesu parts tomorrow and have them send me a replacement plug. Once you 
insert the pin with the wire into the plug it is there to stay for sure.

73s ....we are gaining in spite of ourselves!!!     Glenn  K1GE
