[TowerTalk] FCC failure on SteppIR

Fcc failure on the SteppIR.  This is the rubber boot that holds the
fiberglass element to the boom at the motor.  Friend of mine found one of
the elements on then ground a few mornings ago.  Take a look at the attached
photo and give your opinion why the rubber mount is failing.
