[TowerTalk] Optimum Form Factor - Link Antenna Tuner

Hi everyone:
  What would be optimum form factor for link/tank plug-in (coaxial) coils for a HF, 160m-6m,
  link antenna tuner?  There would be 11 coils sets for above bands.
  Copper tubing, i.e. 0.250 and 0.375 inch diameter, will be tried for above coils.
