[TowerTalk] Tape problem?

I have seen this before, in fact yesterday on a roll of duct tape. My
experience is that this happens when the tape is stored for a period of time (my
guess is a year) at warm temperatures. I am guessing 85F and above.

Nope. I guess I go thru them fast enough where they don't age.

Actually if this was a problem, you'd see it on old tape joints as
well and I never had. It always peels off in my experience and doesn't leave
the adhesive behind. Maybe you got a bad batch? Haven't heard of that either.
Maybe you've got some environmental problem nearby; e.g. solvents, cleaners,
air pollution, etc.
