[TowerTalk] Ground wire Gauge

I looked at this commercial installation:

And maybe I'm missing something, but I would describe it as a "Bazillion 
Point Ground" (BPG) and wonder if this is better or worse than a Single 
Point Ground (SPG).

Feel free to help me see what I'm not seeing.
