[TowerTalk] step away from steppir, Son

4 years down the road when propagation is better, those upper bands will be 
rocking with activity and the SteppIR will be a very worthwhile antenna to 
have.  Right now 20 and 17 are the only bands that are open with regularity. 
Yeah, I know, occasionally you can find a few contacts on the upper bands 
but for all intents the bands are closed.
