I have my HAM II rotator for sale - went to test it and it
is misbehaving.

When I engaged the Brake Unlock it makes the usual loud
click and disengages, then when I press Right or Left it
buzzes but does not turn.

I can make the rotator turn by hand so I know that the
brake is disengaged.

Could this be the starting capacitor?
