Yup.

Got the case open, recorded the 120-140MFD  50VAC
rating and will go in search of a replacement Monday.

Oh, and I HATE ball bearings all over the floor so
I'd have asked lots of questions had I imagined
the cap to be in the rotator case.  :-)
