[TowerTalk] Link Antenna Tuners

Hello everyone:
  What size (capacitance wise) split stator capacitor should I get for a link antenna tuner that will cover 160 meters?  What should the maximum capacitance be for each section of this capacitor?  I will  connect the two sides in parallel to cover 160 meters.  I think this is the  way it is done.  If there are any other ways of doing the above please give a shout.
