There is a statewide exemption for towers that was passed a few years 
ago based upon PRB-1. I suspect that the more suburban towns in 
Hillsboro and Rockingham counties might be a bit more restrictive 
than they are in rural areas.

When not blowing up towers, K1XX, W1MD and I helped Rindge "right" a 
tower ordinance for the town of Rindge in Cheshire county.
