The K9AY antenna is "not" a beverage and is matched differently. They are
not in the same "signal-to-noise" class of antennas. Not to diminish the
K9AY antenna, one can not compare apples with oranges, though they are both
a type of fruit.  Why not just ask Willy at K3VW at aol.com for more details if
