[TowerTalk] Problem Solved. Thanks Everyone

Thanks to all.  Got it from the horses mouth.  The original 
designer/builder.  The step I couldn't figure out was taking the top piece 
of PVC off in order to slide the unit down so I could get to the screwdriver 
moter.
