I would start by listening for Ethernet birdies on the frequencies 
listed in my tutorial that are on the ham bands that bother the 
ethernet system, and adding ferrite chokes as described in the 
tutorial to suppress those birdies. Because antennas exhibit 
reciprocity (that is, they work the same for RX and TX), what you do 
to suppress those birdies will also suppress the Ethernet system 
receiving your transmitter. 

If you still have problems, THEN work on shielding the electronics, 
which is usually far more difficult to do effectively than adding 
the chokes.
