Here is W9AE's reply regarding a source for the connectors.

I have contacted AIP in WV to provide a quote at various quantity 
levels.  Judging from W9AE's order size and the requests that I've 
received, there seems to be a large demand out there for these plugs at 
a reasonable price.

I'll keep the list informed.
