[TowerTalk] C31XR

I would be interested in knowing your reasons for removing the upper Steppir 
and replacing it with the C31XR.  Nowadays it is not prudent to bad mouth 
the Steppir antennas as they seem to have the corner on the beam antenna 
market, even though 15 and 10 are rarely open.
