[TowerTalk] Rohn Guy Anchor drawings

I've been digging through the 2004 Revised Rohn Catalog (pdf version), but 
can't find the construction drawings for the guy anchors.  The one I'm 
looking for is drawing #C620643.  I've seen mention in the tower talk 
archives of this drawing being in the Rohn Catalog, but I'll be darned if I 
can find it.  If someone can help me locate it, I'll be grateful.
