Make a splice using a piece of aluminum tubing about 24 inches long that 
fits inside the boom and then install four 1/4 bolts through the boom 
horizontally (not up and down) to fasten it together.

Has anyone mounted a HyGain 204BA in a Tic Ring Rotor?    If so, how do you
join the two pieces of the boom together without the standard HyGain center
bracket?   The bracket won't fit in the Tic cradle.
