[TowerTalk] Winch Recommendation for Tramming Antennas Up/Down

Professional tower installers use capstan winches.    Where did you find a 
hand crank type with enough travel?

All I saw there were capstans, which is not what I'd want to be using "up
there", but ... Others might.
