[TowerTalk] Winch Recommendation for Tramming Antennas Up/Down

[Dick Green WC1M]

I use a capstan mounted at ground level. The pull rope goes up the tower,
through a pulley, and down along the tram line. What's wrong with that? Are
you serious about putting the winch or capstan up on the tower, or did I
misread your message? Does anyone actually do that?
