Joe,
   It's been my experience,  I was able to get bearings for the pulleys at the local bearing supply house as for the cable, There is a local Cable supply house that makes up cables.  I  remove the old cables even if they were broken in a failure. Measure there lengths , They measure and match the cable size strand ect and made new set up for me.
This is in PA but  I Assume you have the same type of Co's in the Left Coast.
