[TowerTalk] US Tower Rotor Plates?

I have an HDX572 and a HDX589.  Im wondering if anyone has fabricated a
rotor plate that I can mount further down the top of the tower?  I tried
the US tower plates, but they need a special cross bar welded to mount
the plate.  Im looking for something that will mount / lay on the of the
horizontal rungs.
