The line between AMATEUR and doing it right comes in to play with towers.
 
25G may be self supporting for a small TV antenna.  Dont even think you can 
get away with a tribander.
 
Do your self a real favor... Wait until you can do it right and safely.   
You'll get to enjoy the results
a whole lot longer. Compared to the cost of an antenna, not to mention lives, 
guy wires and anchors are cheap.
