[TowerTalk] Another non-resonant Guy Length Question + Phillystran

Normally if the only EHS is used at the bottom end of the guy with the rest 
being Phillystran the EHS is only long enough to get the Phillystran out of 
reach for critters or possibly grass fires.  Hence the length becomes a non 
issue for the antennas.
