[TowerTalk] [CQ-Contest] mystery tool and damaged 40m antennas

At first glance, it appears to be a can/bottle opener.... and would work very well for that.
It also may be a Hoof Pick. Depending upon the angle of attack, or amount of bend, it would
be useful when cleaning hoofs, or preparing for shoeing.
