[TowerTalk] 100' crank-up pole?

Nope.  Three different winch systems altogether.  From the crows nest,
you hand crank section 5 and lock it into place.  The you hand crank
section 4 and lock it in place.  The you climb down and the motor raises
sections 3 and 2 via a motor.
