[TowerTalk] Concrete instead of Cadwelding possible solution in soil?

What i meant of course is not that the concrete should replace the metal 
joint
but in soil the metal joint of clamps oxidate in short time or not?
So the idea is to protect the junction from the clamp/gound wire/ground 
road from oxidation.
Could this be a solution?
