I have written user instructions for a road traffic management company 
that used the 40ft poles for camera installations. The same thoughts 
about ham antennas passed through my mind too, but I didn't see any 
specifications or prices.

The tram system requires a custom electric winch to handle the hoisting 
cable. The winch is only needed when the tram system is in use, so it is 
designed to be detachable and transported from site to site. Thus the 
cost of the winch would normally be shared among a large number of 
poles; but it would be a much more significant addition to the cost of a 
single pole.
