[TowerTalk] Old style Rohn 45? (Square blocks to connect the sections?)

Hi Gentlemen:

I recently came across some "old Rohn 45" that has different mating on
the legs, little square blocks with four bolts to hold the sections
together.  I have seen this on Rohn 65, but not 45.  Are there adapters
available to go from the old style to the new style?  Is this really
Rohn 45?  Here is a photo if that helps.
